Latin Quarters is a multi-marketplace fashion and lifestyle brand selling across Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio, and direct-to-consumer channels. While the brand runs an ERP, marketplace settlements for payments, returns, and short-pays rarely match internal records — and each portal has its own settlement cycle, claim process, and deadline.
Reconciliation required cross-referencing three sources per marketplace: the marketplace settlement report, the payment report, and Latin Quarters' own ERP ledger — while isolating current-period activity from old-period activity that could contaminate the match.
That manual reconciliation was taking the finance team 15 to 20 days per period. Because claim windows are short, many claims would expire before they could be identified and filed. The brand estimated that ~30% of valid claims were being lost entirely due to these delays — a permanent financial loss, not a timing issue.
BotIntelli built a Myntra Year-End Golden Reconciliation engine and a Quarterly/Period Reconciliation workflow using Latin Quarters' own settlement, payment, and ERP ledger data — and a Finance Command Centre, a control tower for finance leadership to see reconciliation status, exceptions, and pending claims across every marketplace channel in one place.
The human-in-the-loop model was designed to bypass the need for direct marketplace ticket-API access: the system generates claim packs and flags deadlines, a person raises the ticket on the portal, and automated outbound emails and advisory ERP journal entries go through controller approval before posting.
Reconciliation speed
Reconciliation that previously took 15–20 days to assemble by hand now runs in minutes from combined settlement, payment, and ERP ledger inputs.
Claims visibility
A live pending-claims worklist with deadline tracking targets the historical ~30% miss rate in unrecoverable revenue.
Operating model that doesn't wait on IT
Because the system uses file and data-drop inputs rather than API credentials, Latin Quarters could go live quickly on Myntra and extend the same pattern to Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Ajio, and D2C channels.
Governance preserved
Outbound emails and ERP journal entries still pass through controller approval — oversight is maintained while the manual reconciliation bottleneck is removed.
With Myntra operations live, Latin Quarters is positioned to extend the Finance Command Centre pattern across its full marketplace footprint — one reconciliation engine instead of rebuilding the process channel by channel.
